Recruitment roles in the US offer higher base salaries and better commission rates than they do in the UK.  Additionally, recruiter’s billings often rise due to operating in a better market.

Enhanced Career Opportunities

The US is the largest recruitment market in the world and the US economy has shown stronger and more consistent growth that has outpaced the UK and Europe.  It is a more business friendly culture that has a merit based promotion and advancement culture.  

Enhanced Recruitment Market

The US is a much larger economy and recruitment market where the recruitment industry is still a growing sector.  There are fewer recruitment firms per capita providing less competition and more appreciative and therefore loyal clients.

Placement fees and billings are typically higher because salaries are higher across all sectors and recruitment terms are typically more generous (up to 45%).
